Conspiracy Front

Nine times out of ten movies have not made the successful transition to video games (Ratatouille, Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider, Superman, X-Men, Blade, 300, Die Hard, Pirates of the Caribbean). However, The Bourne Conspiracy might be one of those rare games that could be an exception to this rule. In the video game, players will be in control of protagonist Jason Bourne. Everyone knows the phenomenal Jason Bourne movies and their style of action game adventure. Sierra has confirmed a video game adaptation of the Jason Bourne trilogy remarkable. For two people who do not know about Jason Bourne movies, they are all based on a cooperative fictional CIA named Jason Bourne. He has amnesia and tries to put his life together. This is where things get more exciting. Since the game is a prequel to the Jason Bourne trilogy, players will be in version control Treadstone CIA assassin Jason Bourne. The game seems to have elements Indigo Prophesy, where you let the story unfold before you. In addition, there are contact sensitive moments in the game (ala God of War). Unfortunately, Matt Damon does not seem to be drawn into the game. All screenshots show Jason Bourne, played by a certain randomness that seems completely different from Matt Damon, and yet it is a minor inconvenience. The gameplay will be between murder and escape missions (ALA Assassin's Creed) to simply eliminate your enemies. One aspect of the game that will appease fans of the film is Wambosi mission. It was the first scene in The Bourne Identity, where Mr. Bourne's memory loss. We do not know if Jason Bourne Wambosi perform in the video game iteration, the contrary, it gives players an insight on the film. Jason Bourne is not James Bond (although Jason Bourne could kill James Bond in less than 5 seconds) to have Jason not have the luxury of futuristic gadgets. Jason will use his environment in the game like he did in movies. You will be able to use weapons rudimentary fire like pistols, rifles and machine guns. Special maneuvers will also available as an instant paralyzing attack. The Bourne Conspiracy is a video game that complements the Jason Bourne films and is scheduled for a release date in 2008.

The JFK Conspiracy: Breakthrough Evidence $17.48 THE JFK CONSPIRACY: BREAKTHROUGH EVIDENCE The first hand experience of the Naval Surgeon assigned to perform the Kennedy autopsy documents a conspiracy at the highest levels. In less than twenty-four hours, the lone assassin had become a permanent part of American history and Lee Harvey Oswald was cast as one of it’s great villians. Factual and frightening. Precise CSI technology, painstaking research, and a unique deathbed revelation come together to answer the key questions. WHO DONE IT and HOW HAVE THEY MANAGED TO COVER IT UP? |

The Conspiracy $16.17 The Conspiracy, winner of the Prix Interallie in 1938, was Paul Nizan s last novel and was hailed by Jean-Paul Sartre as his masterpiece. It is centered upon the figure of Bertrand Rosenthal, philosophy student at the Ecole Normale, would-be revolutionary and scion of a haut- bourgeois Jewish family. Seeking to prove his commitment to the cause of Revolution by moving from words to deeds, Rosenthal involves his little group of disciples in a conspiracy as fatuous as that devised by Conrad in The Secret Agent. Simultaneously, he plunges into a forbidden and ultimately tragic love affair. The intertwined plots move inexorably towards their twin destinations of betrayal and death. This new edition makes available for the first time in English Walter Benjamin s political assessment of the book. |

Enemies of the State: The Cato Street Conspiracy $25.3 On 1 May 1820, outside Newgate Prison, in front of a dense crowd, five of the Cato Street conspirators – Arthur Thistlewood, William Davidson, James Ings, Richard Tidd and John Brunt – were hanged for high treason. Then they were decapitated in the last brutal act of a murderous conspiracy that aimed to assassinate Prime Minister Lord Liverpool and his cabinet and destroy his government. The Cato Street conspirators matched the Gunpowder plotters in their daring – and in their fate – but their dark, radical intrigue hasn’t received the attention it deserves. M.J. Trow, in this gripping fast-moving account of this notorious but neglected episode in British history, reconstructs the case in vivid detail and sets it in the wider context of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars. |

A Bali Conspiracy Most Foul $23.02 Welcome to Bali, where violence, intrigue, and infidelity are all part of a day’s work for Inspector Singh. Inspector Singh, everyone’s favorite portly and wheezing homicide detective, is still recovering from his last case when terrorists set off a bomb on the neighboring island of Bali. With Singapore’s anti-terrorist team busy defending the home front, Inspector Singh’s bosses ship him to Bali to assist with the investigation. Unfortunately, Inspector Singh has as much experience with terrorism as he does with proper diet and exercise – "none." When the police find a skull fragment of a man who was killed "before "the bomb went off, Inspector Singh is assigned to the case. With Bronwyn Taylor, a peppy and eternally optimistic Australian cop, at his side, Singh’s investigation leads him to the wife of the murdered man, and her group of entitled, expatriate friends. The murder seems like an open-and-shut case – that is, until Bronwyn and Singh realize that this crowd is riddled with enough cheating and discontent to fill out a soap opera. This simple murder is quickly becoming more complicated than Singh could have imagined. And how does it all tie into the act of terrorism that brought him to Bali in the first place? Set in an exotic locale and starring an unforgettable cast of characters, this second mystery featuring the utterly lovable Inspector Singh is exciting, funny, and suspenseful, with an ending that even the most seasoned detective couldn’t predict. |

Knowledge Goes Pop: From Conspiracy Theory to Gossip $40.94 A voice on late night radio tells you that a fast food restaurant injects its food with drugs that make men impotent. A colleague asks if you think the FBI was in on 9/11. An alien abductee on the Internet claims extra-terrestrials have planted a microchip in her body. "Julia Roberts in Porn Scandal" shouts the front page of a gossip mag. A spiritual healer claims he can cure chronic fatigue syndrome with the energizing power of crystals . . . What do you believe? "Knowledge Goes Pop" examines the popular knowledges that saturate our everyday experience. We make this information and then it shapes the way we see the world. Conspiracy Rising: Conspiracy Thinking and American Public Life $40.24 How did conspiracy thinking become such a significant and surprisingly widely accepted form of political thinking in the United States? What compels people to respond to devastating, unpredictable events-terrorist acts, wars, natural disasters, economic upheavals-with the conviction that nothing is a coincidence, nothing is as it seems, and everything is connected? "Conspiracy Rising: Conspiracy Thinking and American Public Life" argues that while outlandish paranoid theories themselves may seem nonsensical, the thread of conspiracy thinking throughout American history is a both a byproduct of our democratic form of government and a very real threat to it. From the Illuminati, the Knights Templar, and the Freemasons to the government hiding aliens and faking the moon landing; from the New World Order to the Obama "Birthers," the book explores the enduring popularity of a number of American conspiracy theories, showing how the conspiracy hysteria that may provoke disdain and apathy in the general public, can become a source of dangerous extremism. |

Oscar Wilde’s Last Stand: Decadence, Conspiracy, and the Most Outrageuos Trial ….. $17.28 In the spring of 1918 in London, an extraordinary trial took place that was as much a reflection of the passions and paranoias of its day as the Dreyfus court-martial, the Scopes trial, the Lindbergh kidnapping case, the McCarthy hearings, and the O.J. circus were of theirs. It was called the Billing trial. And in the witness stand, eighteen years after his death, was Oscar Wilde. The Billing trial’s beginnings can be traced to the moment British authorities finally permitted a staging of Wilde’s play Salom . American beauty Maud Allan was to dance the lead. Allan had danced the part of Salom elsewhere, but a production of this remnant of fin de si cle eroticism in wartime England was not greeted with universal approval. So outraged was Noel Pemberton Billing that he denounced Allan in the right-wing newspaper Vigilante as a member of the ""Cult of Clitoris."" Billing was convinced that the ""Cult of Wilde""–a catchall for anyone guilty of degeneracy and perversion, in his eyes–had infected the land. Of that, Billing maintained, he had proof: a black book containing the names of 47,000 members of the British establishment who without a doubt were members of the ""Cult of Wilde"" was in the hands of the Germans. Threat of exposure was costing England the war.Maud Allan sued Billing for libel, and the trial that followed held the world in thrall. Newspaper headlines shifted their focus from the French front and turned to the proceedings at the Old Bailey. The Billing trial was both hugely entertaining–never had a scandal and social prominence been so deliciously juxtaposed–and deadly serious. As in Oscar Wilde’s own trial in 1895, libel was hardly the issue; the fight was for control over the country’s moral compass. In Oscar Wilde’s Last Stand, biographer and historian Philip Hoare gives us the full drama of the Billing trial, gavel to gavel, and brings to life this unique, bizarre, and spellbinding event. |

The Trillion-Dollar Conspiracy: How the New World Order, Man-Made Diseases, and Zombie Banks Are Destroying America $13.78 America’s economy is in shambles. . . . Its citizens are terrified and dissatisfied. . . . Could it all have been planned by a secret elite one hundred years ago? The New World Order. Hitler referred to it in his diaries. President George H. W. Bush foretold of it in his speeches. Formed by a secretive global elite, the group seeking this new order has taken hold of the nation–and perhaps the world. Its influence pervades every reach of American society, from the products we buy at the grocery store to the topics of evening news programs. But could it also be true that the New World Order caused one of the greatest financial catastrophes of our time? For years, bestselling author and legendary conspiracy researcher Jim Marrs has exposed information that the mainstream corporate media has refused to report. Now, with a crisis upon us, Marrs has yet again unearthed the lies to expose the insidious alliances that make up a secret world. Consider this: In 1910, a handful of the world’s most powerful government and corporate men gathered on Jekyll Island to discuss matters at a private hunting lodge. The agenda? First, the overthrow of the sitting American president; second, the creation of a central bank, one headed by a succession of elitists who would unconstitutionally control America’s money and its economy for decades. . . . Flash forward one hundred years. Never before have the American people been so unhappy. Apathy and paralysis are the nation’s guiding principles. Public education has repeatedly failed. More and more Americans rely on overpriced pills for remedies to fabricated illnesses. The average American household spends eight hours a day in front of the television, ruled by the vague fears of terrorist attacks and economic collapse. Control of the mass media has devolved to a mere five multinational corporations. "Throughout The Trillion-Dollar Conspiracy," Marrs investigates the erosion of America’s civil liberties and the nation’s transformation into a police state: Will the government use a microchip to monitor the populace? How does the Patriot Act relate to Nazi legislation? Have Americans today become merely a poor imitation of the robust citizenry of our nation’s past? Jim Marrs responds with a resounding call of ""Yes, we have "" He also raises powerful questions about so many other things: Was the financial bailout of 2008 nothing but one group of global elites passing money to another? Could the swine flu epidemic have been corporately manufactured? Is Big Pharm behind a lie that claims bipolar disorder is a real illness? Has a Nazi bioweapon caused recent maladies such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome? Why did the government suppress a device that can apparently cure cancer? In the explosive "The Trillion-Dollar Conspiracy," Marrs explores the back rooms and shadowy deals of our nation’s past to craft a frightening history that no |
