Abbey Road is the last album the Beatles recorded. There is some confusion about this bit of info, as Let It Be was released in 1970 and Abbey Road is released in 1969. But Let It Be had actually been recorded, it had been shelved due to the band being unhappy with it. It took Abbey Road has already been recorded and published the group hired Phil Specter to "save" Let It Be with her work production.

Abbey Road was a huge critical and commercial success. It remains one of the albums the Beatles more popular to this day.

Abbey Road has also been praised by critics. For example, he was ranked number 14 on the list of Rolling Stone magazine's 500 best albums all the time. He is currently ranked as the 2nd best album of all time by users of the site Rate Your Music.

Track by track:

# 1 "Come Together"

This is one of the best known songs on the album. Complete with his signature voice and strange lyrics of John Lennon, George Harrison's great lead guitar licks, and some low swampy Paul McCartney really puts the song over the edge.

This is one of the most cool sounding songs of the Beatles, but strangely enough – is also one of their songs that has been ruined the most cover versions. In fact, I never heard a cover of "Come Together" which was not terrible.

A little disturbing info on "Come Together" is that John Lennon was saying "shoot me" during breaks between musical little chorus and verse. This lyric always gets me a little light out Lennon in 1980.

2. "Something"

"Something" is another of the best known songs on the album. It was written and sung by George Harrison and is one of his signature songs.

Frank Sinatra once famously remarked that "Something" was his favorite Lennon-McCartney song. I am not sure if it was an insult to Lennon-McCartney or if Sinatra did not really know the song was written by George Harrison & Lennon & McCartney not.

3. "Maxwell's Silver Hammer"

A somewhat disturbing tale children of a serial killer, "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" is one of the Beatles song has both it's detractors and its supporters. Among his critics was John Lennon who is said to have despised the song (which was written and sung by Paul McCartney.)

The song is one of the first to feature the Moog synthesizer.

4. "Oh! Darling "

While Lennon McCartney hated the "Maxwell's Silver Hammer," he loved his "Oh! Darling. "In fact, he was so in love with that song wanted to sing lead on it.

5. "Octopus's Garden"

Ringo sings lead on it. He also wrote the song (with Using George Harrison Ringo Starr, although credited as the songwriter only.) It's basically a rewrite of "Yellow Submarine" Beatles had recorded 3 years earlier.

6. "I Want You (She's So Heavy)"

This epic, mostly instrumental, finishes off-track on one side of Abbey Road with his brilliance with incredible accumulation of white noise thing that blows my mind whenever I hear it.

It has really Among the most interesting Beatles innovative work musically.

7. "Here Comes The Sun"

This is another Classic George Harrison, who is the perfect follow up to "I Want You" on CD / iTunes / iPod format and the first perfect game for the second side in the former vinyl LP format. The song, like "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" features the Moog synthesizer.

8. "Because"

This song in stunning detail some of the finest Beatles harmonies. Vocals Lennon, McCartney and Harrison were monitored three times sound similar to the 9 votes.

The arrangements of the song were inspired by classical piano piece by Ludwig van Beethoven "Moonlight Sonata".

The song also the Moog synthesizer.

# 9 "You Never Give Me Your Money"

This was the first song of the face Two's medley. Some of the songs heard in this song were taken later in the track 15 "Carry That Weight."

While the song is just the beginning the second side's Medley is really a pot-pourri in itself since it contains very few sensors that sound different sections sewn together.

# 10 "Sun King"

This beautiful song slow motion characteristics of the most beautiful harmonies of Lennon, McCartney and Harrison. Lyrics, include words from different languages, both real and imaginary.

# 11 "Mean Mr. Mustard"

This short Ditty Lennon leads directly in the next "Polythene Pam" and mentions "his sister Pam" in the lyrics.

# 12 Polythene Pam "

"So good looking, but it looks like a man. "This is a great rock n roll track that clocks in just over a minute long.

# 13 "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window "

Polythene Pam "goes on smoothly in this song that begins with its title as the lyric first. It One of my favorite songs on the album.

# 14 "Golden Slumbers"

The lyrics of this song were taken from a 17th century poem by Thomas Dekker. But the music was composed by Paul McCartney.

# 15 "Carry That Weight"

The chorus of this song takes the four Beatles. Part of the song references the melody / lyrics of "You Never Give Me Your Money."

# 16 "The End"

Features a drum solo by Ringo Starr (the only drum solo on a Beatles song) and short guitar solo by McCartney Harrison and John Lennon – one after another, in that order. They go through this sequence twice before the final "And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make. "

# 17 "Her Majesty"

This acoustic guitar 23 seconds by Paul Ditty McCartney was originally intended to go between "Mean Mr. Mustard" & "Polythene Pam" but they had decided let the album. It was actually turned on the entire album at the end by the sound engineer in error, but the Beatles have decided they wanted the error and left on the album.
