Wheelset Mavic
Is it cheaper to buy a pair of wheels or build my own?
I wanted to buy a pair of Mavic Crossmax new version (disk) but its going to cost more than $ 600. Would it be cheaper to build my own If I buy the hub, spokes and rims for sale on eBay? I have the knowledge and tools, I just want to know if its more economically feasible.
I would Save yourself the headache and buy the wheels … construction and wheel dressing is an art.
